Really? [There's something comforting in that. Even when the world itself has erased it, the true shade of the ocean finds a way to simply be.

He watches the slow sinking of the sun against its new silvery-grey horizon - aware of Haru's hand on his arm, and the weight of his ice cream cone in his hand. Nature, and the beauty only it can hold, continues to astound even when working against limitations. The silver shade of the ocean almost absorbs the colours, dying it in sunset hues that stretch and glow as far as the eye can see.

Yes, nature manages to be beautiful in so many ways. He'd feared he might not be as entranced by it, now it is different but...]


I'm glad that it is still a captivating sight.
