Ahh... I knew about Akira, and had wondered about Ann and Ryuji.
[That memory from awakening Goemon... there had been figures in the background. Akira had admitted one was him and he could figure which person that was with that knowledge. But the other two had seemed familiar as well.

Yes. Paint will cover it well enough, but the logo is in a good focal point. It could be replaced with something else, especially if the logo is something you don't like or find uncomfortable. Your perception changes from remembering it as "the place the logo was" to "the place where a specific constellation is", if you see my meaning.

Yeah, see- [He'll open up the phone, revealing the inside of the ARCUS. Most of the slots are sealed, but there's a glowing blue gray gem in the center] The quartz in there allows me to cast some spells, but it only works if it's in the ARCUS.
