No, I drew the image that was eventually transferred onto the pillow. Drawing onto a pillow itself would be quite tricky, and require a lot more time than I had to complete the piece.
As I don't have a boyfriend... I will have to say no. If you were that unnerved by the gift my commissioner gave you, why did you accept it? I have been paid for my work, I'm not going to be insulted if you chose not to take the gift.
