I did! But I've gone through it already. :( I wasn't sure where we were going or how long we'd be gone.

They were frustratingly vague about the amount of time we'd be away for, yes. We weren't told about our destination's climate either,
so some people are not dressed for the cold...

We haven't gotten a response yet, but we're requesting water, fans, and ice cream, at least.

Nothing as of yet, but I doubt their goal is to have us die out here due to lack of adequate supplies.

Yes, death does tend to put a dampener on plans to complete requests. As does injury.
