Yusuke turns the jacket back and forth, looking more and more confused. When Akira shuffles off the sofa and to their room, Yusuke stands up and tugs the jacket on. It... fits him. Which is still weird.
Akira comes back with his box which feels a bit heftier than Yusuke’s, but his eyes glint when he sees his friend fit it on. It... Hm. Akira stands in the living room, box under one arm and other hand stroking his chin as if appraising Art. ]
I think so, too... Wouldn’t you be too conscious to sit down?
[ He goes to take his rightful spot in on the couch, still staring at the spikes. Cool, but strange, indeed. Crossing his legs by the ankles, he leans back and leaves his box (it’s a bit bigger than Yusuke’s) between them. ]
[ His full Persona 5 Dancing Star Night default outfit. From some parts of his school uniform, to the red gloves... and the hip hop shoes. Akira is focused on the spikes, though. Touching them again, he gauges how bad it would be for their furniture. ]
It should be fine since our couch isn’t leather. The spikes don’t that sharp at all—as long as no one just abruptly drags you across it, anyway.
[ He listens as he looks at the shirt at different angles. It is his style and he does think the same thing as Yusuke, but he never thought about wording it so carefully— ]
Have you ever thought about dabbling into fashion?
[ Excuse me? He's never needy. He only demands attention for important things. Like now. ]
Who said anything about making them? Though... If you do try to make them, it'll help you understand how feasible an actual design is. While a design can be beautiful, it doesn't mean anything if you can't implement it onto fabric.
[ He's hoping this makes sense. Designing and sewing will be good together. ]
[ Hm... He looks through the box a bit more as his friend holds it. Look? Headphones? Eyes bright, he puts them on for a second... Then puts them on Yusuke.

Unlike fox friend, Akira is kind of petting the spikes like they're massaging his palms. It kind of feels nice since they're not actually pointy. ]
I don't remember this jacket, either. [ Hm. ] Try it on? I'll go get my box, too.
[ Let him shimmy to their room. He'll be back. ]

But it doesn't feel uncomfortable, just... odd. ]

It actually doesn’t look bad on you.
[ ... ]
Not that it’s 100% like you.

Appraise away, it boosts his ego. Or would if he realised Akira was admiring. ]
... !
[ Oh hello again. ]
It's... perhaps without the spikes I would be more likely to wear it? But this is notably strange, design wise.

Time to find out. Also, you can open mine.

[ Maybe he could go on a rampage, with just his jacket in hand?
...
But first, opening this parcel. What's he going to find inside, Akira-nyan? ]

I will do my best not to turn quickly, just in case.
... Oh, this looks like a very comfortable outfit.

They do look comfy, but... I don't remember my other self wearing some of these.

[ Yusuke is tugging out the t-shirt now and holding it up thoughtfully. ]

[ Ah, that shirt does look really cool with the grunge effect. Does it say DANCE on it? He tilts his head. ]
That is definitely not part of it.

[ He steps back, framing the uniform with his hands. ]
It looks sharp but stylishly casual.

Not seriously. It's interesting though, and an art in and of itself.

Well, I think you should give it a try. There’s probably a club on campus that does small fashion shows and you can start there.

I’m not interested in making clothes though, as much as the sketching and design process. Don’t most designers design and make their creations?

Yes. It helps, and realistically I do not have the desire to learn how to create clothing on top of everything else.
If asked I would try a proper design though.
